You can take Part 2 even if you didn't take Part 1. 

Join Lisa and Tina for a workshop designed to get you acquainted with the basic yoga poses and getting the most from them. Part 2 which will focus on Balance, Backbends, Heart Openers and Core.  A great opportunity to understand basic alignment, and from that, explore your full potential from exactly where you are to where it is possible for you to go.  All are welcome!
