Ethos Fitness Studio is the only Yoga, Zumba® and Fitness hybrid studio in Carlisle, PA.  We offer over 20 group yoga, Zumba® and fitness classes each week. All classes are taught by certified professional instructors. We strive to create a place filled with community spirit, helping members to become more deeply connected to themselves, each other, and the greater community.

Tina Salomone

Tina Salomone: co-owner/instructor

Holding both an RYT 200 yoga instructor and certified personal trainer certificate, Tina has been leading group exercise classes since 2004. She is passionate about helping participants at all fitness levels realize their fullest potential. Join in and sculpt, burn calories, build muscle, and improve balance and flexibility with Tina at Ethos Fitness Studio! 

Lisa Oplinger: co-owner/instructor

A certified Baptiste Yoga Teacher and E-RYT, Lisa has been teaching yoga since 2002. She has also been a Zumba® instructor since 2008. With a lighthearted energy, Lisa brings an element of fun, adventure, and discovery to her classes. She also provides a supportive space for people of all levels to explore their personal practice. Lisa strives to create an experience through yoga and fitness to help participants discover a deeper connection to themselves. Cultivating this connection delivers serious physical results while also helping participants live and move with greater freedom and joy. 

Heather Leatherman: co-owner/instructor

Heather has been teaching fitness classes since 2009. As a Zumba®, Zumba® Toning, Barre, and AFAA certified group fitness instructor, Heather enjoys sharing her love of healthy living and fitness. She also loves to share the joy that can be found in movement and dancing. 

Linda Henninger: yoga instructor

Linda has been a practicing chiropractic doctor since 1985 and a fitness and yoga teacher since 1998. She has a solid foundation of anatomy and biomechanics and a great love for people and health. Please join her for classes that will uplift and inform participants. 

 

Jen McKay:  zumba instructor

With a love of exercise and years of taking fitness classes, Jen decided to embark on a challenge and see what it would be like to take the leap to the front of the class. A licensed Zumba instructor and is a certified group fitness instructor since 2016, Jen is eager to share her passion for fitness and love of Zumba. Join Jen for a great workout and lots of fun. 

Morgan Butz: yoga instructor

Morgan has been practicing yoga for several years and received her RYT 200 instructor in 2017. She brings a warm and compassionate energy to all of her classes. She has a special gift for teaching and sharing the practice and is on her way to building a career around her passion. She loves helping students find a deeper understanding of the yogic lifestyle and to discover ways of connecting with themselves. She plans to continue to expand her yoga practice as she finds new and different opportunities to share her love of yoga.

Karen East:  fitness/yoga instructor

After a weight loss journey of her own, Karen was inspired to become a Fitness Instructor in 2004 after some unexpected encouragement from another instructor at the gym .  After becoming a Certified Group Fitness Instructor in 2005, she continued on that path to obtain a Personal Trainer Certification in 2007.  Wanting to bring a Holistic approach to wellness into her community, she became a Holy Fire Reiki II Practitioner in 2016, an RYT 200 Yoga Instructor certification in March 2017, and will begin work on her 500 Hour Yoga certificate this year.  Being an active career mom, Karen knows how hard it can be to find Balance in life, and she aims to share that on the mat in her classes

Lena Hershey:  yoga instructor

Lena is a certified Spinning® and TRX® Suspension Training instructor, and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200). Lena is also currently applying her passion for learning and human movement science to the NASM Personal Trainer certification.  A passionate advocate of natural wellness, safe and effective exercise and functional fitness, Lena enjoys yoga, running, cycling and weight lifting.
