Ethos Fitness Studio is the only Yoga, Zumba® and Fitness hybrid studio in Carlisle, PA.  We offer over 20 group yoga, Zumba® and fitness classes each week. All classes are taught by certified professional instructors. We strive to create a place filled with community spirit, helping members to become more deeply connected to themselves, each other, and the greater community.

Tina Salomone: co-owner/instructor

Holding both an RYT 200 yoga instructor and certified personal trainer certificate, Tina has been leading group exercise classes since 2004. She is passionate about helping participants at all fitness levels realize their fullest potential. Join Tina to sculpt muscles, burn calories, strengthen balance and improve flexibility.

Heather Leatherman: co-owner/instructor

Heather has been teaching fitness classes since 2009. As a Zumba®, Zumba® Toning, Barre, Strong by Zumba® and AFAA certified group fitness instructor, Heather enjoys sharing her love of healthy living and fitness. She also loves to share the joy that can be found in movement and dancing.

Lisa Oplinger: yoga instructor

An E RYT 500 and certified Tier 2 Baptiste Yoga Teacher, Lisa has been teaching yoga since 2002. With a lighthearted energy, Lisa brings an element of fun, adventure, and discovery to her classes. She also provides a supportive space for people of all levels to explore their personal practice. Lisa strives to create an experience through yoga and fitness to help participants feel energized, empowered, and discover a deeper connection to themselves.

Linda Henninger: yoga instructor

Linda has been a practicing chiropractic doctor since 1985 and a fitness and yoga teacher since 1998. She has a solid foundation of anatomy and biomechanics and a great love for people and health. Please join her for classes that will uplift and inform participants.

Jen McKay:  zumba instructor

With a love of exercise and years of taking fitness classes, Jen decided to embark on a challenge and see what it would be like to take the leap to the front of the class.  In 2016, she earned her group fitness and Zumba® certifications.  In 2017, she added a certification in Strong by Zumba® to her fitness resume.  Eager to share her passion for fitness and dance, Jen provides a great workout loaded with fun.

Chelsea Montagnese:  yoga instructor

Chelsea received her RYT 200 hour yoga certification in August 2018.  Her passion for fitness and yoga inspired her to share it with others; both in the studio and in her career.  She loves to help others achieve their fitness goals in a fun and supportive environment!

Karen East:  fitness/yoga instructor

After becoming a Certified Group Fitness Instructor in 2005, she continued on that path to obtain a Personal Trainer Certification in 2007.  Wanting to bring a Holistic approach to wellness into her community, she became a Holy Fire Reiki II Practitioner in 2016, an RYT 200 Yoga Instructor certification in March 2017, and will begin work on her 500 Hour Yoga certificate this year.
